Relax in the master bedroom with a king bed and private balcony access, fall asleep to the sound of the waves, and wake up to a sunrise over the Atlantic. The second bedroom offers two twin beds, and the living area includes a queen sleeper sofa, allowing space for up to 6 guests.
Step onto your private oceanfront balcony to take in panoramic views of the beach, or stroll down to the sand in seconds. You’re also within walking distance to Barefoot Landing, where you’ll find great restaurants, shops, and entertainment—including local favorites like Hamburger Joe’s and Wings.
Important Notice: Building Maintenance Project (September 21, 2026 – February 13, 2027)
***Please note that the building will be undergoing a scheduled exterior maintenance and restoration project from September 21, 2026 through February 13, 2027. Work may include the installation of scaffolding, power washing, ceiling and wall repairs, painting, and waterproofing.
Guests may occasionally experience construction-related noise during daytime working hours(M-F 8am-5pm), and scaffolding may be visible around portions of the building. Access to certain exterior areas may be temporarily affected as work progresses.
We will do our best to keep guests informed of any significant impacts during their stay. We appreciate your understanding as these improvements are completed to enhance the building's appearance and long-term condition.

We had a wonderful six day late April stay. Although the weather was cloudy and cool, the unit was all we could hope for. We had two adults in the two bedroom unit, so we had ample space. The unit was well equipped. Communication with Scot was outstanding. Directions for everything you could use were clear and very easy to follow. The beach view was perfect, high enough but not too high. The building was kept clean. The elevator worked well and never had much of a wait. There were plenty of carts for unloading suitcases and groceries. We enjoyed the residents and guests we met. Also a large pool with plenty of chairs for sunning. We highly recommend this unit EXCEPT when we want it again. Thank you Scot!

This property is beautiful inside, and has amazing views of the entire coastline. The communication, prompt response time, and friendliness of the owners, are exceptional. Definitely 10/10

Beach view was great. Condo was nice and clean. Only thing was they were working on place so parking was hard.The bathrooms small but able to manager. Thank goodness for higher commands. We enjoyed our time there.
