Welcome to Crescent Sands E3, a comfortable and updated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom oceanfront condo located in the popular Windy Hill section of North Myrtle Beach. Perched mid-building on the 3rd floor, this unit delivers incredible direct ocean views the moment you walk through the door.

Important Notice: Building Maintenance Project (September 21, 2026 – February 13, 2027)
***Please note that the building will be undergoing a scheduled exterior maintenance and restoration project from September 21, 2026 through February 13, 2027. Work may include the installation of scaffolding, power washing, ceiling and wall repairs, painting, and waterproofing.
Guests may occasionally experience construction-related noise during daytime working hours (M-F 8am-5pm), and scaffolding may be visible around portions of the building. Access to certain exterior areas may be temporarily affected as work progresses.
We will do our best to keep guests informed of any significant impacts during their stay. We appreciate your understanding as these improvements are completed to enhance the building's appearance and long-term condition.

The unit was as described in the listing. It was very clean at check-in and was in a great location. We appreciated the quieter area where the condo was located. Great ocenfront views!

Overall, this is an oceanfront condo that worked well for our family. What we did love was the access to the storage closet outside of the condo, where we stored our beach stuff after being on the beach all day. Owners communicated with clear instructions for check-in, and we had no issues accessing the condo after 3pm. Condo was overall clean, we've stayed at multiple condos in this building and have seen both better and worse. There was no cause for alarm, thus the 4-star rating. Furniture in the family room was nice, however the TVs in both the family room as well as the bedrooms are not "smart" TVs, and are flat panels from the early 2000s, and easily could be updated. Wifi access was nice, especially that it was password protected and not "open". Bedding on the beds and decor could use some updating for sure, but didn't take away from us using the condo as a place to sleep and get ready to go to the beach and dinners.
