Free onsite parking is included. Coral is located in the lower building's top floor, which is up one flight of stairs from street level. Please note: Serendip is located on a steep grade, and accessing overflow parking and amenity areas may require climbing and descending stairs.

We had a wonderful stay in Coral. The unit was immaculately clean and very welcoming. The kitchen was well-appointed which made for easy meal preps. The bed was comfortable which is always a plus when traveling. We just loved the sunset views from the large balcony. It was lovely to sit outside and listen to the coki frogs at night. We could not have asked for a better vacation.

Serendip condos are the perfect place to when visiting St. John. We spent a wonderful two weeks at Serendip. The accommodations were perfect for the two of us! Close enough to town yet far enough away to enjoy the peaceful morning on the veranda having our coffee, eating breakfast looking out on a beautiful view of the water and St. Thomas. The villa has everything you need to enjoy a relaxing day. Everything was clean and Matt the property manager was very attentive to any issues you may have. Bed was extremely comfortable. Kitchen is full of anything you would need. You could walk into town although we did not because it is kind of a hilly, curvy roads on the way with no sidewalks on part of it . During the day you could walk, but I would not recommend that at night. If you don’t want to drive in with your vehicle, you can always easily get a taxi, which I saw a lot of people doing out front of our place. There is a number of grocery store is very close by.
To sum it up, I would highly recommend Serendip!

Always a wonderful experience at Serindip, great location, very close to downtown Cruz Bay, beuriful view fron the terrace , with a wonderful setup to entertain and a relaxing hammock, overlooking St Thomas and the entrance to Cruz bay.Matt, the property manager is exceptional, very pleasant,very attenative to all needs, and an exceptional hard worker, cant wait to return next year.

Our 3rd stay at Serendip.
We feel a good value based on location, views and size of rooms. Pool temperature was perfect, not common on STJ. Although we had our own snorkel gear, the masks, fins they offered looked good, and will probably affect what we bring next time.
Matt was extremely helpful and quick to respond. We’ve been fortunate to visit STJ 30+ times and all future visits will start with Serendip!
