Summary:
The rental price must be paid by bank transfer. In addition to the displayed price, the following expenses are to pay extra:
- Guarantee 300 € (will be refunded at departure)
The rent includes 75 kwh/ week for electricity and 15 cbm/week for water (additional consumption must be paid extra - payable in cash on departure).
Between November till May the expenses for internet, electricity, water and gas must be payed completely per consumption.
The Space:
Centrally located holiday home with private pool. A very nice house at the end of a dead end.
There is a large roofed balcony with a nice view and a beautiful barbecue terrace.
The pool is located in the lower part of the property and has a spacious sun terrace.
Internet is available for the tenants. Parking place in the property.
The house has a living-dining room with air conditioning and a wood-fireplace for the winter month, kitchen (with dishwasher), 3 bedrooms (each with air conditioning), 2 bathrooms.
The heating for the winter-month is about a fireplace with wood and the air-condition (warm/cold).

Getting Around:
The house is in a very central location in Moraira-Baladrar. Restaurants, supermarket and beach are within walking distance. Sandy beach about 1,7 km and a pebble beach about 1 km.
Other Things to Note:
Families with children are preferred or couples of minimum 25 years old. Groups of singles are not accepted.
Small dog till 10 kg and 1 year old as minimum on request.

"The Casa is mostly about the outdoor space, which is lovely and the pool was perfect. Inside is fairly small ( bedrooms/ bathroom/ kitchen ) but adequate for our needs. "
