All rooms are big enough. Nice terrace with view. Staff is very friendly and helpfull.

It is 4th floor. The elevator was broken. Difficult to find a place for parking, but always was possible to solve.

Fabulous stay

Great communication with the owner. Super clean. I was lucky to have the bathroom to myself. Washing machine. It was very quiet.

todo muy limpìo y cómodo. La cocina con todo lo necesario y más. Por decir tb los defectos, quise usar el microondas y ni modo de que funcionase. Y la ducha es para medir más de 1.75m. xq, si no, no llegas; quizás también falte alguna repisa, porque lo tienes que dejar todo en el suelo de esta

la descripción lleva al error de pensar que es un ático compartimentado pr habitaciónes, cuando es la habitación dentro del ático lo que se alquila, luego en la casa puede haber más gente en otras habitaciones. Esto no me importó, pero el anuncio en booking lleva a error

Todo perfecto!

El departamento es muy bien ubicado (10 minutos de la playa caminando) y tiene todo lo que puedas llegar a necesitar. El dueño, Ricardo, es gran anfitrión y es muy atento en cualquier consulta puedas tener. El cuarto y el baño que nos dio estaban muy limpios y confortables. Los espacios comunes también muy bien organizados y equipados con todo. Recomendaría absolutamente para una estadía tranquila en Dénia.

Alles in allem sehr gut..

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und geräumig und gut ausgestattet und es gibt eine sehr schöne große Terrasse mit Blick auf die Berge und den Sonnenuntergang. Der Essbereich und das Wohnzimmer sind sehr schön und gibt es ein riesiges Sofa, die Schlafzimmer sind sehr komfortabel und verfügen über ein eigenes Badezimmer. Die Terrasse, das Wohnzimmer und die Küche werden gemeinschaftlich mit anderen Gästen genutzt. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und reagiert sofort wenn man ein Anliegen hat. Die Wohnung ist in einer super Lage ziemlich zentral gelegen, man kommt überall zu Fuß hin. Man ist in nur ein paar Minuten in der wunderschönen Innenstadt zu den Restaurants und Einkaufstraßen, und auch zum Strand von Dénia sind es nur ca. 800m. Es gibt auch ein Mercadona Supermarkt ca. 280m von der Wohnung entfernt. Wir hatten zwar ein Mietfahrzeug brauchten es aber innerhalb von Dénia nicht. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt auf jeden Fall dort sehr genossen und können die Wohnung guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen, das Preis Leistungsverhältnis stimmt auch zu 100%.

Es gab eigentlich nicht wirklich etwas zu beanstanden.

Pésimo

La ubicación porque estaba a 10 minutos de la playa y podíamos ir andando, no cogí el coche para nada en los 3 días que fui, y que al lado teníamos un Mercadona.

El calor que hacía en todas las partes de la casa. Nos tocó la habitación de arriba, y es un ático, hacía muchísimo calor, y por desgracia tuvimos que dormir las 3 noches en el salón. Con un aire acondicionado puesto en la cara, por suerte las dos últimas noches nos dio otro de la habitación que se quedó vacía. La cocina, no estaba limpia, los utensilios estaban sucios y los cajones daban asco. La nevera, NO enfriaba, tuvimos que tirar unos cuantos alimentos que compramos. Estuvimos hablando con el casero, y no tuvimos ninguna respuesta adecuada a nuestros problemas. No volveremos y no se lo recomendaremos a nadie.

Por decir algo , algunos huéspedes ocuparon el sofá del salón para dormir lo que fue muy incómodo para poder salir a la terraza a tomar aire

Schönes Zimmer nahe Strand und Innenstadt von Denia

Schönes Zimmer mit eigenem großen Badezimmer. Die Terrasse der Wohnung ist auch schön und wird mit dem Wohnzimmer sowie der Küche mit den anderen Gästen geteilt (es gibt zwei weitere Zimmer). Es gab eine Waschmaschine, was für uns super praktisch war und auch einfach zu bedienen war. Direkt neben an ist ein Mercadona und zum Strand oder Stadtzentrum ist es auch nicht weit. Alles war sehr sauber und der Gastgeber war auch immer schnell zu erreichen und hilfsbereit. Wir konnten sogar früher einchecken.

Wir wussten es zwar vorab, aber bei heißen Temperaturen heizt sich das Zimmer auch sehr auf, es gibt aber auch einen Ventilator. Der hat sein bestes getan, jedoch wollen wir andere Gäste auch informieren.

Muy buen apartamento pero calor excesivo

El apartamento es amplio con una buena terraza de la que hemos podido disfrutar. Los demás espacios comunes están bien cuidados, con un salón grande y una cocina que tiene todo lo necesario. Tuvimos suerte y nos tocó la habitación que tenía el baño en el interior, con sus toallas y jabones. El personal del alojamiento muy atento y flexible.

En el interior de las habitaciones y en la propia casa hacía muchísimo calor, el ventilador ayuda pero no es suficiente, por lo que el descanso por las noches se dificulta. El apartamento está bien si no vas a pasar mucho tiempo en casa, pues no es un espacio para descansar debido al calor.

En el ningún lugar del alojamiento pone que el salón, cocina y terraza son compartidos, debería estar especificado. Al ser un ático también hacía bastante calor para dormir, y solo hay ventiladores, debería haber aire acondicionado por obligación

Es un piso con un salón grande , una buena terraza y una genial cocina . El baño también estaba muy bien y justo enfrente de la habitación .

Todo estuvo bien lo único que nos pasó es que hubo una ola de calor el fin de semana y solo había un ventilador . Normalmente en Dania no hace tanto calor. Personalmente le recomiendo poner aire por los días de calor fuerte . Todo lo demás nos encantó !!

Comodisima

Precioso lugar. Bastante espacioso y justo nos tocó la ventaja de estar solos. La cocina es grande y equipada con todo lo necesario. El living es muy bonito y con un sofá gigante. La terraza de lo mejor. Decorada con plantitas y con una vista muy linda del atardecer. Las habitaciones muy cómodas y con su baño privado. Es un sitio espectacular como para repetirlo muchas veces más, además se encuentra relativamente cerca de la playa. El precio es inmejorable, no vais a encontrar nada mejor que esto

La única pequeñez es que no había aire acondicionado, justo fuimos cuando hacía calor pero de ahí en más nada negativo

-La ubicación céntrica, muy cerca de supermercado Mercadona y del parking grande gratuito, playa a 8 minutos andando. Es una zona muy tranquila y residencial. -la cama muy cómoda, baño grande. -El propietario responde muy rápido y el apartamento está muy limpio. - terraza muy agradable y el salón grande - la cocina está muy bien equipada, hay una cafetera y capsulas de café, sartenes, ollas etc.

-el baño es privado pero está fuera de la habitación - se podría poner ganchos para colgar las toallas en el baño - la cocina y la terraza compartidas con otras habitaciones - la lámpara de la habitación da luz demasiado fuerte, no es cómodo para dormir

Ten cuidado. Bien en el verano pero frío en el otoño y invierno. El propietario no es honesto.

La ubicación está bien, a solo pocos minutos a la paya y al centro.

Mala atención al cliente y engañoso. Primero: no nos contactó antes de llegar; yo tuve que contactarle para saber cómo entrar. La información de la habitación contiene información engañosa y incorrecta. No hay calefacción como pone en la info. Hubo frío y me escribió "intentar conseguir algo para calentar". Después de un día (!!) me escribió que no pudo conseguir una estufa porque todo estaba cerrado; eso sabía; era festivo! Me dijo que no escribió en la info que hay calefacción, que lo puso Booking; mentiroso. La manta de la cama es muy fina y no hubo nada adicional en el armario. Otra cosa importante; pone que el baño es privado pero no es completamente así. Primero hay que salir la habitación al espació común para entonces poder entrar en el baño. Eso no es cómodo y no es privado como se suele entender.
