The positives: very clean and spacious. The bath and shower were good. The bed was comfortable. Negatives: This is a multiple unit house. When I arrived I had not been told which unit was mine. This house is in the middle of the block with no onsite parking which made it difficult when I arrived with multiple suitcases. There are also stairs which for me was a problem. There were no instructions on the heat and/or AC. It was noisy both from the main thoroughfare traffic, house construction noise and from the upstairs unit. This place did not work well for me but I have to say the cleanliness and spacious mess was very nice.

Upon checking in we discovered the towels were musty smelling, like they were left in a washer for too long. The washer smelled so we weren’t able to wash them. They did bring some new ones over right away though. The listing doesn’t mention that it’s right next to one of the main roads, so it can be quite loud at night. This unit doesn’t have AC so you need to have the windows open. The entrance to B is right next to one bedroom so you can hear the people coming and going, even at 4:00 am. You can hear the neighbors quite a bit so quiet hours aren’t super effective. It is very conveniently located, close to the lake and public transportation.

This upstairs apartment was perfect for our stay since there were just the two of us. Bedroom spaces were small, but clean and comfortable. The living room area was large, with a huge smart TV and games for our free time. It’s within walking distance to a park and restaurants. The property managers/owners were very responsive to my questions. I highly recommend this unit.

Clean, newly renovated, excellent location if you want access to Green lake running and walking. Easy check in and communication with responsive host. On the negative side, not much natural light (below grade unit with minimal windows), the host mistakenly gave my entry code to other guests who entered my place when I was in bed (honest mistake, but kind of scary), and the group in the upstairs unit was very loud at 1:30AM. The host tells people about the quiet hours, but the noise insultation is minimal and the party was very disruptive to sleep. So a mixed visit. Maybe back to hotels for me.
