Green Lake 1st Line Home C Full Modern Remodeling

Comfortable space and beds, large closet in each bedroom, good option for 3 friends for a few nights. Walking distance to some shops and restaurants, or drive up the hill to Greenwood Ave. We were given one parking space in the driveway which was a bonus. Kitchen is minimally stocked but that did not bother us. Shower could use updating and be supplied new/larger towels. Plan to bring your own toiletries as previous guest's products seemed to be the supplies. A coffee maker would have been nice instead of a Keurig with only 2 cups when there was 3 of us. Keep the windows shut and you barely notice Hwy 99 in the front. Check in was a breeze once we received the combo. Overall, I would stay here again.

Everything was super easy and convenient. So happy there was lots of street parking. The unit was very clean. My family had a great stay.

Overall a good time, quiet area. Close to downtown and local tourist spots.

Location fantastic.When we arrived no hot water-we had to message owners to find out that they had turned hot watwr off for maintenance-and didn’t turn back on.Is not really 5 person spot-5th spot is futon with crumby pullout with no linens/pillows dedicated.Only 4 sets of towels set up. Only 2 plates in the apartment, no washcloths in bathroom. No bath mat present. Overall-nice a lot-overpromised for space for 5 people (need a better pull out couch for 5th person). Poor supplies for soap/towells, etc. the location is amazing. It was clean-and a great spot for 4 people.
