This upstairs apartment was perfect for our stay since there were just the two of us. Bedroom spaces were small, but clean and comfortable. The living room area was large, with a huge smart TV and games for our free time. It’s within walking distance to a park and restaurants.
The property managers/owners were very responsive to my questions. I highly recommend this unit.

The positives: very clean and spacious. The bath and shower were good. The bed was comfortable.
Negatives: This is a multiple unit house. When I arrived I had not been told which unit was mine. This house is in the middle of the block with no onsite parking which made it difficult when I arrived with multiple suitcases. There are also stairs which for me was a problem. There were no instructions on the heat and/or AC. It was noisy both from the main thoroughfare traffic, house construction noise and from the upstairs unit. This place did not work well for me but I have to say the cleanliness and spacious mess was very nice.
