About this villa rental
Located on the quiet edge of the pretty town of Calci, Nerino offers plenty of space both inside and out, making it ideal for large families or groups of friends. Surrounded by olive-covered hills, this peaceful setting invites guests to unwind while staying within walking distance of local life.
The main square of Calci is less than 400 metres from the house and offers a selection of shops, good restaurants, and a COOP supermarket. A cultural highlight is the Certosa di Calci, a monumental 14th-century Carthusian monastery that also houses the Natural History Museum of the University of Pisa. Just a short distance away is Fattoria San Vito, where visitors can enjoy tastings of local wines and olive oil. Nerino is also ideally situated for day trips. Pisa is just 14 km away, Lucca 25 km, the coast is about 40 minutes by car, and Florence is within easy reach at 80 km.
The white-painted two-storey holiday home has a shaded terrace with a table and chairs, perfect for al fresco dining. The lovely pool lies just a few steps from the house. A particular highlight is the exceptionally large garden, enclosed by a wall, offering plenty of space to relax, play, or gather together.
