Whispering Palms Villa at North Beach Village is a bright, sunny, and beautifully decorated coastal-style townhouse tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac on Gulf Drive—just a 2-minute walk to the famous sugary white-sand beaches of the Gulf.
Start your mornings on the sunny open deck off the main living area with a peek of the Gulf and your coffee in hand. After a day enjoying the beach’s gorgeous teal waters, rinse off in the private outdoor shower and unwind on the oversized private lanai surrounded by tropical palms—perfect for cocktails, relaxing, or watching TV.
This peaceful neighborhood is ideal for families, with safe streets for kids, biking, and walking. Guests enjoy access to a large heated community pool in a lush tropical setting, plus restaurants, shopping, and island attractions all within walking distance. Holmes Beach Park is just 5 blocks away and offers tennis courts, basketball, a boat launch, and open play space.

Everything was great. Comfortable beds and close beach access. The gas grill at the property was corroded and not functioning well. The grill needs to be replaced. Other than that, we loved everything.

This property was perfect for me and my two young adult children. It is clean and well-stocked and only a 3 minute walk to a beautiful beach. The place is relatively well-kept but isn’t new and has expected weathering as a beach condo might have. There are some newer places to stay, but the vicinity to the beach makes it’s a great choice. It is also on the trolley route if you want to avoid renting a car. We liked the lanai that also has a television which we enjoyed for watching football playoff games. Elisa was fantastic, giving us updates to ensure the island was in shape for receiving visitors; we also easily got an extension on our final day to accommodate a later flight. Great place.
