Welcome to Ocean Brezze Villa, a hidden paradise nestled within Santa Maria Island! Our villa is designed to provide the ultimate comfort and enjoyment for our guests. As you step into the property, you'll be greeted by the convenience of either two single-car garages or one spacious double garage, equipped with all the essentials (Beach chairs, Cooler, BBQ, Bikes, Snorkeling ect) for a perfect beach day.
The villa has an inviting outdoor terrace, perfect for hosting a delightful barbecue while soaking in the sun-kissed ambiance. Moving inside to the second floor, you'll find a cozy living area, a chic dining space, and a fully renovated kitchen, ideal for preparing delicious meals.
The Master bedroom awaits you on the 2nd floor, featuring a luxurious King-sized bed, a private ensuite bathroom, and not one but two outdoor spaces for relaxation. Step out onto the balcony with its comfortable lounge chairs or unwind on the covered terrace, complete with a seating area perfect for conversations, board games, or al fresco dining.
Venture up to the third floor, where you'll discover two more comfortable bedrooms. Both offers a queen bed, accompanied by a full bathroom.

We had an amazing stay at this property! The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beautiful beach and close to great restaurants and shops.The home was very comfortable, well-equipped, and perfect for our family. We especially appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella, and beach cart, which made our beach days so much easier. The communication with the host was excellent from beginning to end, and check-in was quick and seamless.We truly felt at home and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay while visiting Anna Maria Island. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a wonderful beach getaway!This was one of the best vacation rentals we’ve stayed in, and we hope to return again soon.

Great property for our family of four. 4 minutes walk to the beach, and restaurants within walking or riding distance. Great host, had a wonderful experience for 10 days.well worth it, we will be back!

Beautiful home and close to the beach. Quiet neighborhood. Love the screened in porch to keep the bugs away. Also loved the fact that it included beach chairs, beach wagon, bikes to explore the island! Will be back

The house was by far amazing with attention to detail. I found it to be extremely clean and any issues that arose were addressed by the owner immediately. The outdoor patio space which was screened in is where we spent most of our evenings, listening to music and playing board games.The proximity to the beach as well as the trolley pick up were extremely reasonable with anywhere from a 3 to 5 minute walk. I would definitely stay at this property again in the future.
