The Space:

You will find yourself spending hours in the large heated* pool & hot tub watching the kids take turns going down the water slide, sheltering under the cantina listening to music and preparing dinner on the built in barbecue grill, sitting around the fire-pit on a cool AZ evening sipping your favorite pinot noir, or taking advantage of the sports court by shooting some hoops or playing pickleball.



Inside the home will surely not disappoint! The endless touches of barn wood and metal create a sense of organic warmth and comfort in a home with modern and sleek design finishes. The floor-plan is ideal for larger groups of up to 20 guests. On one wing of the home, you will find four large bedrooms each with a king bed. Three of the four bedrooms have their own en-suite bathroom. The other side of the home houses two large bedrooms with queen beds and the bunk bed room, containing three queen beds and seven single beds (perfect for the kids). There are two other bathrooms on this side, one of which has two showers and two toilets. Splitting these two wings is the entertainment space. One of the two living areas is equipped with a large chefs kitchen with high-quality appliances, a large living room with wall TV, a shuffleboard table, foosball table, seating for in-home dining, and an abundance of board games. The other living area contains a billiards table, another sitting area with wall TV, and game tables.

VacayAZ enforces good neighbor policies on all managed properties. Renting homes in a neighborhood/community is a privilege and must be treated as such. Guests must be mindful of their noise levels at all times and respect the rules of the community. We do not provide speakers and/or sound systems on-site.



There is no garage access as it has been converted into the game room. There is sizable room for parking in the driveway.



Anyone found to be violating noise ordinances will be subject to an immediate $500 fine, in addition to City-imposed fines which can reach up to $10,000 per violation and can be removed from the property due to negligence.



Smoking is not allowed on this property. Violating this policy will result in forfeiture of the full security deposit and guests will be liable for the full cost of damage resulting from it.
