At Holiday Rental, every stay is thoughtfully curated for comfort, security, and serenity—for both our guests and homeowners. To uphold this experience, we kindly ask all guests to review and adhere to the following:
•You Must be 28 years of age to book.
• We welcome respectful travelers who value our homes as much as we do. All bookings are subject to our standard guest screening and ID verification process.
• Pool heating is available as an add-on for the full duration of your stay. Hot tub heating is always included.
• A signed rental agreement is required within 24 hours of booking.
• A valid credit card and government-issued ID must be submitted after booking to finalize your reservation.
• Parties, weddings, events, bachelor/bachelorette's of any kind are not permitted.
• Standard occupancy is limited to 14 guests. Up to 6 additional guests may be approved in advance at $150/night per person.
• Unauthorized guests or exceeding the maximum occupancy without prior approval may incur a $250 per person, per night fee.
• Quiet hours begin at 9 PM. Excessive noise or disturbance may result in removal without refund.
• For stays of 30 nights or more, a refundable security deposit and signed Long-Term Addendum are required.

We had our entire extended family there (3 generations) and this was a great property for us. The pool was fantastic for the little kids, although we did feel a little 'nickle and dimed' over having to pay additionally for a pool fence to be installed, even though, according to the property manager, the owners had one and it did not need to be rented. The management company provided excellent options for a catering company for a house-made chef dinner and also a great spa recommendation. And we had a maintenance issue with a shower drain that they resolved quickly. The owners keep plenty of paper products, spices, supplies, etc. on hand for your use which was great. Many properties we have stayed in totally cheap out on this and it's quite frustrating to have to buy that stuff for a short trip and leave most of it behind. The kitchen is well stocked! I would only suggest melamine plates for the patio. It has a large yard with fruit trees that was great for the kids to play in. We will definitely consider returning as this was a good fit for our large (group!

My friends and I had an awesome time at this beautiful property. HolidayRental was very professional, communicative, and helpful as well. Highly recommend! So much to do here, this luxury home has it all. The kids had fun in the yard and the adults enjoyed all he outdoor seating and BBQ
