• We welcome respectful travelers who value our homes as much as we do. All bookings are subject to our standard guest screening and ID verification process.
• Pool heating is available as an add-on for the full duration of your stay. Hot tub heating is always included.
• A signed rental agreement is required within 24 hours of booking.
• A valid credit card and government-issued ID must be submitted after booking to finalize your reservation.
• Parties, weddings, events, bachelor/bachelorette's of any kind are not permitted.
• Standard occupancy is limited to 14 guests. Up to 4 additional guests may be approved in advance at $150/night per person.
• Unauthorized guests or exceeding the maximum occupancy without prior approval may incur a $250 per person, per night fee.
• Quiet hours begin at 9 PM. Excessive noise or disturbance may result in removal without refund.
• For stays of 30 nights or more, a refundable security deposit and signed Long-Term Addendum are required.

We’ve rented before and we’re not that impressed BUT that wasn’t the case this time. We had to pivot with the issues in PV and needed up going with this house in Scottsdale. It was FANTASTIC! The management co immediately made contact were professional understanding and quickly assisted since we were 24 hours out! Then the concierge team reached out and were on time and responsive as well as welcoming. We had 11 people and still had plenty of space in this house. Everything we needed was present and everything they said was there - was really there! Beds were comfy house was clean kitchen well supplied. We used the transport company - Raul rocked -as well as Ubers to move around and we used the massage therapist they have available. The massage therapists were both on time and professional. The location was perfect near grocery stores and ez access to freeways- great location to everything- thanks so much to this team for making our celebration memorable!

Spent a week with my family for retirement celebration. The house is top-notch with a great pool, playground in the back, clean grill, and access to ping pong /Pickleball. Great access to grocery stores and restaurants. Kitchen has excellent supplies. Didn’t have to buy anything except food and drinks. My wife is a clean freak and the place was spotless. Would definitely stay there again. A couple of minor maintenance issues occurred, and they were dealt with promptly.

7 couples shared this beautiful home that is very well located to everything we wanted to do. Amazing backyard area with so much space and toys to keep everyone happy. The pool and hot tub are perfect. We had some trouble with the hot tub heat but that was addressed. The kitchen is large and well-stocked with everything that was needed and the living area is very spacious. The outside bathroom is not covered so I'm not sure I would count it as a true 4th bathroom.

i rented this house for my family. excellent location and everything was great. 7 bedrooms and only 3 bathrooms
was the only thing i wish was different.
maybe some more lush blankets or comforters on the beds for the winter months . beautiful home and pool and hot tub and sauna were awesome. the gym could use new equipment , but we loved having the space !
