This Property is owned and managed by Lupton Properties. This property was purchased in June 2018, fully renovated and added to VRBO. in 2021 we installed a new dock and in November of 2024 we replaced all windows, doors and indtalled a new HVAC system.

The house has a great location near the beach. Also with great access to Caxambas pass by boat to get to 10,000 islands for shells and to fish nearby. Great boat dock with plenty of room for a rental boat and a nice cleaning station for fish. House itself has a nice layout and very well equipped. House worked great for our family of five.

We come to Marco every year for the past 20 years and this was the best house we have stayed at. Everything was exactly as described. Very clean, new, and very well stocked with things you wouldn't expect but came in handy. Great house and location! You can't go wrong here!
