Our stay at mini sands was amazing! The communication with the hosts was perfect! The sunrises were picture perfect!! Overall a wonderful place to stay in York!

Loved the cottage - perfect for two people. The location was great - just across from the beach. Enjoyed coffee on the deck in the morning. Walking distance to restaurants, general store, and Nubble lighthouse.
