Huge Master bedroom (around 500 sqft.), along with small space (den) for office use with the small patio.
It boasts with luxury bathroom which has enormous jetted tub, shower with sliding glass doors, private toilet, and two sinks!
5 square skylight windows brighten the morning as you will wake up all new and ready for the productive day!
Other bedrooms have the similar look and has the view to the beautiful backyard.
Backyard has green pastures: fire pit, 6 lawn chairs, jacuzzi, and a patio for you to enjoy 4 seasons.
Three Large TVs (110”, 75”, & 65”)
-Including a movie theater display (110”) with a projector
-All Smart TVs
-Netflix is included
- NO cable

Two HUGE “Living Rooms”
DISCLAIMER ALERT: Anyone with ZERO review will need to do an additional $350 refundable security deposit to ensure that they will cover any damages or missing items after your check out. Once the cleaning is done and that there aren’t any damages or missing items then we will refund your $ that day.
We also have outdoor security cameras in the front and back of house for the safety purpose.
If the cameras are somehow moved from one of you then we will either call police or come down to evict you and your guests.

Loud music party past quiet hours (10pm weeknights/11pm weekends), my neighbor always text me at late nights for loud, crazy parties or music blasting. It’s unacceptable. $100 FINE.
GUESTS/PETS #: please be transparent and let me know how many total are attending. If hiding or lying, $100 FINE.
