You can look forward to a warm and colorful living environment in a thatched-roof half-timbered house. The surrounding area is perfect for walking, biking, relaxing, and exploring the Lüneburg Heath and the nearby lakes and towns: Lüneburg is 15 minutes away and Hamburg is 45 minutes away.
Do you play golf? The St. Dionys Golf Course is just a 5-minute walk away—or if you simply need a break from everyday life, this is the perfect spot.
The nearest bakery is 3 km away; everything else—Aldi, Penny, gas stations, Lidl, auto service, doctors, the market (on certain weekdays), the Bardowicker Mühle, and much more—can be found in the Lüneburg suburb of Bardowick, 8 km from the Heidehaus.
Thanks to the thatched roof and the surrounding trees, the apartment stays pleasantly cool in the summer. For this reason—and to protect the environment—we have chosen not to install air conditioning.
