About this apartment rental

Our apartment "Spangenberg 2" is about 75 square meters and was completely renovated in early 2016 and equipped with great attention to detail. It is located in the 1. Floor of the house Spangenbergstraße 42 and extends there over two floors. This apartment can accommodate 4 adults and up to 2 children comfortably. On the first floor there is a cozy living room and a modern kitchen and dining area with a freestanding cooking island and the spacious bathroom with bath and separate shower. The two bright and nicely decorated bedrooms are located above.
Traveling children without their own income, we do not charge extra; please do not include these in the number of persons, please inform us separately.

We enjoyed our stay! The apartment is spacious and everything you need is available. The hosts are very kind and quick to reply. City centre is a 25min walk away, but a bakery and supermarkets are around the corner. Would recommend this place!!

Zum Empfang war alles (auch Corona-bedingt) sehr gut und unkompliziert organisiert. Sogar ein Upgrade wäre möglich gewesen. Gerne buchen wir diese Unterkunft wieder, wenn wir in Lüneburg sind. Uns hat nichts gefehlt. Vielen Dank

Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war unkompliziert und sehr nett. Wir haben für unsere Kinder extra Schlafmöglichkeiten bekommen und die Wohnung war sauber bei der Übergabe. Der allgemein Zustand des Hauses ist etwas veraltet und die Wohnung und einige Möbel sind z.T. abgelebt. Die Wohnung ist vom Bahnhof schnell zu erreichen, jedoch die Umgebung nicht sehr ansprechend. Wir haben zwei Nächte dort verbracht und dafür war es vollkommen ausreichend und in Ordnung.
