About this apartment rental
Between university and downtown Lüneburg, right on the edge of the forest, so quiet and yet very centrally located, 3-room, 4 beds, modern, close to town, quiet, free Wi-Fi, 4 bicycles
Living room:
Our new modern 3-room apartment with high quality furnished living room is located in the heart of Lüneburg, in the beautiful district Wilschenbruch.
The entire apartment is designed with a pleasant design floor that is both modern and cozy at the same time.
The large bedroom has a double bed in the size of 180 x 200 cm and a large closet that offers plenty of Plartz.
The second bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds of size 90 x 200 cm and also a spacious closet.
The spacious living / dining room has a 49 inch UHD flat screen TV with satellite channels and a DVD player with a large selection of DVDs.
Throughout the apartment you will receive internet via Wi-Fi.
The fitted kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and toaster.
The shower room with hair dryer is small but nice, modern and like the rest of the apartment also completely refurbished.
A small balcony completes the overall picture of the apartment.
Washer and dryer are in the basement and are always available. Also in the basement are 4 bikes (size 26 and 28 inches), which can be used gladly.
By bike, the beautiful city center of Lüneburg can be reached in 10 minutes. The train station Lüneburg can be reached by bike in 10 minutes on a beautiful bike path along the Ilmenau. By train in 30 minutes in the city center of Hamburg, a city that is always worth a visit!
On request, we are happy to provide a highchair or toddler high chair available. Also on request we can set up a baby travel cot for you.
Bed linen, towels are available, they will be charged separately, just like the final cleaning. You can park in front of the house.
Surroundings:
In just 3 km you reach the historic water district Lüneburg (called "stint") in the numerous restaurants and cafes to linger. From here it is only a few steps to the city center of Lüneburg where numerous opportunities for "shopping" and "strolling" invite. For the evening of the evening, the Schröderstraße offers with its restaurants, bars and trendy bars.
The apartment is located directly on the nature reserve "Lüneburg Ilmenauniederungen with Tiergarten" in the district Lüneburg Wilschenbruch. Wilschenbruch is the smallest district of Lüneburg. Its beginnings date back to the year 1360. The area lies between the Ilmenau in the west, which pulls from here through the city, the nature reserve in the south and the railway line Hamburg - Hanover in the east. The residential development in the Wischenbruch district is dominated by the shape of a villa. Lüneburg, with its many and multi-faceted faces is one of the most beautiful cities in the Lüneburg Heath, maybe even of Germany (they forgive ...). It combines both historical and modern history and culture in one. Lüneburg offers with its variety of sights, as well as peace and wellness oases something for all ages. Whether exploring the city center / historic old town with its many historic buildings or visit one of the many cafes that invite you to linger and enjoy. The surrounding area is dominated by the beautiful Lüneburg Heath. Almost inexhaustible hiking trails stretch through the beautiful heathland. Especially for the heather season, the heart is on whether this beautiful color splendor. It is also worth a trip by horse-drawn carriage on the Heidewege. A shepherd with many hundreds of sheep will definitely cross your path.
Wilschenbruch is a traffic-calmed district of Lüneburg. By bike or on foot, the city center can be reached in a few minutes. Of course, the city center can also be explored by car, many parking garages are available for this cost. Public transport can be reached in about 600 m.

We had a short but very pleasant stay. The property was clean and very well equipped. We loved having breakfast on the balcony and the beds were very comfortable. Great communication with the host too.

Die Fewo ist schön ruhig am Waldrand gelegen. Die frische Luft und den herrlichen Vogelgesang haben wir sehr genossen. Die Schlafzimmer sind hübsch eingerichtet und auch die Betten sind gut. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Allerdings ist sie so klein, dass man sich kaum zu zweit darin aufhalten kann. Das Bad ist zwar klein, aber fein. Für einen Kurzurlaub total ok. Der Balkon ist schön, aber man hat leider nur einen Blick auf Garagen und die Möblierung ist eher unbequem. Toll, dass Fahrräder zur Wohnung gehören. Deren Transport in bzw. aus dem Keller ist zwar etwas beschwerlich, aber Dank der Räder ist man in nur wenigen Minuten im Supermarkt, im Stadtzentrum oder im Park.
Alles in allem haben wir uns wohl gefühlt und würden anderen diese Fewo für ein paar Tage im schönen Lüneburg weiterempfehlen.

Tolle Ferienwohnung, liebevoll eingerichtet und in ruhiger Lage. Ideal als Ausgangspunkt für die verschiedensten Aktivitäten. Besonderer Bonus: 4 Fahrräder. Super!
