Tasteful, modern furnished holiday apartment, newly renovated with a view of the exciting Rose Garden.
The apartment is at ground level, barrier-free and completely covered with granite floor, ideally for 2 people.
The apartment is equipped with a high quality branded kitchen. In addition to the bedroom with double bed (1.60 m x 2 m), there is in the kitchen a Lederausziehcouch (1.60 m x 2 m) for 2 additional persons (see additional information). In addition, a travel cot can be provided.
The equipment is designed for 4 people. - Satellite TV in both rooms (1 large-screen TV in the bedroom and 1Flachbild TV in the living room).
Spacious bathroom with bath and separate, barrier-free shower (1,2m x 1,2m).
Own terrace with seating and a parasol. In addition, the grill can be used.
In spring, flowering begins with magnolia, Japanese cherry trees, fruit trees, lavender and our more flowering roses.

Hund kann nicht frei laufen, da nicht voll umzäunt und Gift gespritzt. Fernseher im SZ alt, brummt und Bild kein Kontrast tagsüber, da großes Oberlicht. Keine Mikrowelle.
