-Zentrale Lage - saubere, gut ausgestattete Wohnung - ruhige Lage
-Betten zu hart -Strömungsgeräusche der Heizung in der Nacht störend - bei starkem Wind hat man die Dachziegel klappern gehört - Kühlschrank hat zeitweise komische Geräusche gemacht - Bettlaken für das Schlafsofa fehlte

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön. Hübsch eingerichtet, sauber, völlig ausreichend für ein paar Tage Lüneburg. Ein Rewe ist eine Minute um die Ecke und zur Innenstadt nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Um 2 kleine Probleme, die wir in der Wohnung hatten, wurde sich sofort und sehr freundlich gekümmert. Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen und kommen gern wieder.

The unit is very nicely decorated, has a good overall vibe to it. Size is nice
After placing a non refundable deposit of 135 EUR, I was charged an additional 30% of the total costs through a separate request directly from the owner. Without paying the additional fees, i would not be given access to the apartment. This included an additional 10 EUR charge for my pet (mentioned in the original booking), an additional tax (which contradicted what booking.com said was already included), and 25 EUR for clean linens and towels for a one night stay. The apartment was tidy, but there was a lot of hair in the shower drain that needed to be removed and several dead bugs that needed to be thrown out.
