Welcome to our charming Luca house in Puerto Alcudia, a paradise corner that combines the serenity of the natural environment with the comfort of a modern home. With captivating views of the mountain and the lake, our accommodation is strategically located just 500 meters from the beach, offering a unique relaxation experience and access to the wonders of the surroundings.
The jewel of our house is, without a doubt, the terrace that becomes a perfect refuge to enjoy the day or have a quiet dinner after exploring the nearby beaches. Equipped with a barbecue for outdoor culinary experiences, loungers for maximum relaxation, and a table with capacity for 5 people, the terrace becomes the epicenter of unforgettable moments. In addition, a hanging hammock adds a touch of luxury to immerse oneself in the serenity of the surroundings.
This two-story house has a modern and bright interior design. On the ground floor, the cozy living room has a satellite television for entertainment, and air conditioning to combat Mediterranean temperatures along with a dining table to share special moments. The kitchen, independent and modern, is a functional and well-lit space that invites culinary creation.
The accommodation consists of three comfortable rooms: a double room with a double bed and a private balcony with a table to enjoy the views, another room with a double bed and a third with two single beds. All rooms are equipped with ceiling fans to ensure a cool and pleasant stay.
Two full bathrooms, one with a shower on the ground floor and another with a bathtub on the first floor, add comfort and functionality to the house.
The strategic location of the house allows you to enjoy proximity to Alcudia beach, as well as easily access local restaurants and shops in just a few minutes. Just a 20-minute walk away is the charming Port of Alcudia, while the picturesque Town of Alcudia, with its historic walls and market held twice a week, is located about 3 km away.

Spacious, A/C and ceiling fans in each room, very cozy beds. Enough towels, beach stuff to borrow. Nice small shadowy dining area outside with plants. The yard is paved, the neighbor house wall is close, but there is a lemon tree near kitchen window which saves the view. The agency staff was quick to assist when I had questions about the property. The property has its parking space in the yard.
Neon white lamps in the kitchen, would be better to change to yellowish for cozyness) Noise from a hotel nearby (although not too loud and not late in the evening).

Bathrooms good with plenty of hot water, and on the whole the chalet was well equipped, appart from a toaster..
Supply of a toaster dearly missed..

Schönes Ferienhaus über 2 Etagen. Wir waren zu viert und hatten einen schönen Urlaub. Die Lage ist toll weil alles was man sich so wünscht nah dran ist – am wichtigsten war uns der Strand. Kurz vor Anreise hatte ich noch einn Kommentar gelesen, dass es laut sein soll, aber das fanden wir nicht. Alles super und wir würden das Haus weiterempfehlen.
