About this apartment rental
This beautiful condo is located on the second floor of the Citadel side of Sugar Top. This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit features a warm and colorful atmosphere with vibrant art pieces and an incredible balcony view of Grandfather Mountain. The master bedroom has a Queen bed and the second bedroom has two Twins. This unit will accommodate 4 people. There is a fully equipped kitchen and washer/dryer in unit for your use as well as complementary WiFi and cable TV. From this condo you have easy access to the main lobby where you may dip into the indoor pool and Jacuzzi, sauna, and weight room. Sugar Top has a shuttle system. Please be advised that the parking shuttle is run by SugarTop. Resort Real Estate and Rentals has no control over the shuttle system. Non-smoking and absolutely NO PETS. There is a 3 night minimum stay at this condo.

Generally very good. The flat is nice and comfortable and the view from the balcony is great. Would be overall 5 stars except the following:The mattresses on the beds are very poor quality definitely time to invest in new matresses.The parking shuttle and car access to is a bit inconvenient. You could get stuck in long lines as their are only 5 parking spots available for checking, checkout and unloading. Waiting for the shuttle in 20F temperatures in not comfortable.

Unit needed some TLC. New Mattresses. Fresh paint. Couches were comfy. Kitchen well stocked, carpet was super soft but did have some stains. Was a pain having to use a shuttle. I would have preferred to park near the unit.
