Location: This cabin is located in quaint Seven Devils, on the same mountain as Hawksnest Snow Tubing and Ziplining, and centrally located to Boone, Banner Elk, Valle Crucis and Blowing Rock in the Foscoe area. The Seven Devils community offers public basketball and tennis courts along with a children's playground. The convenient location makes it just minutes away from all the High Country’s most famous attractions such as the Blue Ridge Parkway, Tweetsie Railroad, Grandfather Mountain, Linville Falls and Caverns, and Appalachian State University. If you are looking for winter sports there are several different options from Hawksnest Snow Tubing, Sugar Mountain Ski Resort, Beech Mountain Ski Resort, and Appalachian Ski Resort. Relax and enjoy the slow pace of the mountains and the fresh air or be adventurous and go hiking, fishing, biking, or sight-seeing. Everything was great! I spent the month of September there which flew by.The neighbors were quite friendly and Foscoe reality was very communicative and professional in a very respectful casual way.I would recommend it!

The condo was well-stocked with described amenities in a nice location. It doesn't mention it is a lower level unit. I know this is outside of the owner's control, but the overhead neighbors stomped, shouted, and slammed things around morning, noon and night until almost midnight each night. The walls/ceiling must be very thin, because it was hard to relax due to the noise. The patio is a shared space, also not mentioned but is a nice hangout spot. Mountain views were very limited (covered by trees) which again, no fault to the owners. The couch was uncomfortable, as the cushions were oddly angled and didn't quite seem to fit the frame. The bed was comfortable and shower had nice water pressure. Location was close to Grandfather mountain, beautiful scenic drives and hikes, nice shopping and a great coffee shop which was less than 10 min away. I'd say it was fairly priced and really enjoyed the location, but wouldn't necessarily stay here again.
