About this apartment rental
This gorgeous 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo sits at 5,282 ft and provides an incredible view of Sugar Mountain from the private balcony. This condo has been decorated with beautiful vibrant colors. The kitchen is gourmet-equipped and there is a washer/dryer in the unit. The master bedroom has a Queen bed, the guest room has two Twin beds and the living room has a comfy Double sized sleeper sofa. We aplogize, but please note that the fireplace is non-operational. On the first floor, you will have access to the indoor pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, WiFi and weight room. Many activities are conveniently located nearby, including skiing, ice skating, tubing, golf, tennis, mountain biking, and hiking. Sugar Top has a shuttle system. Please be advised that the parking shuttle is run by SugarTop. Resort Real Estate and Rentals has no control over the shuttle system. However, we have not had any issues with this. Our SugarTop Condos are Non-smoking. Absolutely NO PETS.

We had a great experience and the condo was great and clean. I just have a personal suggestion. The big slab around the fire place is a bit dangerous specially when you’re going with small kids.please try to cover it with a small mat so that nobody gets hurt.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. It was very clean and very comfortable. The view was spectacular! Food lion right around the corner and convenient to kid friendly things to do!

We really enjoyed staying here. Being Christmas week made it hard to maneuver around sometimes but overall it was a great stay. I loved the layout of this condo and the ease of check in to check out. The view is something God himself could only make. The only thing I could mention is that it could be cleaned a little better. For the lovely cleaning charge that was tacked on, the rugs had dirt underneath them and the corners in the kitchen and bathrooms were untouched. Other than that, I felt like I was at grandma's house and it was cute.
