A quiet retreat. 1 bedroom 1 bath (with tub/shower) apartment with living room, kitchenette bar area with stools. Large TV with all premium channels and WIFI. Desk and chair
Expansive private deck with BBQ looks out over the hills and has outside dining and lounge chairs.
The apartment is downstairs of a private home at the end of a cul de sac and is accessed by an exterior staircase. There is space for 1 car off street parking. This is a very safe quiet neighborhood. Coffee, tea, 1/2 & 1/2, misc. sugars provided.
Please be aware as the property is in the hills there are stairs - as pictured. Freestanding fireplace is offline and not useable.

The view from the deck is wonderful, birds singing, flowers lightly perfuming the air, truly awesome in a big, bustling city. The inside is great as well, tastefully and comfortably furnished and decorated. If you’re considering this space, it will probably exceed your expectations.

It was quiet and comfortable. Parking was easy and the unit had everything I needed. Things to cook with, dishes, entertainment, and space for all my things for the week and easy check in. Christine was very gracious and kind. Will come back again.

It was exactly as described. As I anticipated it was a little tight for big people and the many stairs led to a beautiful view. The host was very easy to communicate with.
