Outdoor activities in South Pasadena include horseback riding, tennis, racquetball, the Rose Bowl, and the Arroyo hiking trail. Close to freeways and transit, the location is ideal for experiencing both urban LA and the natural beauty of NE LA. The home features a private workspace complete with desk, desk lamp and desk chair. The unit also features a dedicated private high speed WIFI network, and wireless/wired charging ports in both the desk area and bedside. The place was tastefully decorated with new appliances, renovated bathroom and convenient access to washer and dryer including detergent sheets. The host were responsive to any request. The area was diverse, with some great restaurants nearby, and easy access to 110. We enjoyed our time.

Great little cottage with everything you would need. It’s in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to the freeway. My husband and I couldn’t have asked for anything better. It’s indeed cozy.

This place was perfect for me and my 13 yo daughter. Front room had a fold out bed for her and the bedroom has a huge comfortable bed. Washer and dryer were valuable esp if you plan on some beach visits. Hosts are in the front house but leave u alone unless you need something. Definitely recommend

What a beautiful space! Functional, clean, and so many thoughtful touches including coffee, tea, and some instant oatmeal. We loved the toiletries and the bed was super comfortable! Not to mention the smart TV and the COMFORTABLE bed. Our hosts were great — they live next door but gave us as much privacy as we wanted, though we enjoyed a chat with them on our way out. The street is quiet and there was always street parking available. 10/10 would stay again!

We had a cozy and happy stay here with two parents and a grade school kid. Having our own place and a kitchen was key for a four day visit to family in the area. Love the colors, the wardrobe, being able to do a load of laundry and we all miss that fabulous shower!

This place is adorable! If you're with someone you're close to (friend, partner), it's ideal. Just know that the owners live next door over a low fence. But they are not intrusive at all. The picnic table may not be the best place to hang out because the trash and recycling are right there. But we had a blast regardless. spot for hanging out as c
