Welcome to The Backyard! This is the perfect place for your next Lake Geneva get away. Located just a few blocks from Main Street and the Riviera, you will be able to park your vehicles and take off on foot!
This carefully designed unit brings the outdoors in with all the comforts of home. Featuring 1 bedroom, 1 full bath, and two extra sleeping spots in the living area, this second level apartment accommodates 5 guests. BONUS: shared (with lower unit) backyard for yard games and grilling. The uniqueness and convenience of this fun spot will have you coming back year after year!
*On-site parking available for a maximum of two vehicles. If more spots are needed, please inquire.
*This unit features a wifi-enabled smart TV (no cable).*
*Please note there is a ring doorbell for guest's safety
*Please note this building is downtown and is located behind a restaurant. Some noise is possible.
*Please be aware that the bathroom in the upper unit is solely accessed by passing through the queen bedroom (see floor plan at end of photo queue).
*There is a unit directly below, some noise also possible. Please respect quiet hours from 10pm to 8am and keep late night noise at a reasonable level.
*Please note: After your reservation is confirmed, we will send an electronic guest rental agreement. Signing the agreement and completing additional identity verification, which may include providing a valid form of identification, are required to finalize your booking and receive check-in instructions.

Our stay was great! The property was super clean and very well kept. It's so cute and homey as well. Everything we needed throughout our stay they had provided for us and we had zero complications whatsoever. I didn't need to contact them at all during our stay, but I had a few questions ahead of time and they would respond quickly and were extremely nice and friendly. I would definitely stay here again! Perfect place for a little weekend getaway for 2-4 people!
