This renovated space is the perfect spot for your Lake Geneva get away! One of three units in this building, the nautically-themed Delavan Suite is located just blocks from the lake and less than a mile from the downtown district. Half a mile to the famous Riviera (easy walk with sidewalk)A hop, skip and jump from the famous Geneva Lake shore path. Take the sidewalk to the Lake .4 miles away! Walk to nearby restaurant Lake City Social or have a craft cocktail at the speakeasy bar at Maxwell Mansion. Very close to the Cove hotel, Bella Vista, and Clearwater Outdoor paddleboard and kayak rentals. Boat rentals less than a mile away!
The Delavan Suite features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and three day beds (each with a pull out trundle) to accommodate a total of 10 guests. A small but fully equipped kitchen gives guests the option to eat in if they so choose.

We took our family to Chicago for a Cubs game and stopped in Lake Geneva for a night. We wish we could have stayed more than one night because we really enjoyed our stay. Next time we will definitely spend more time. The house was clean, and had plenty of space for all of us. The location was 3-4 minutes from everything so overall very convenient.

The property was very clean, spacious and well equipped with blankets, pillows, towels, toiletries and kitchen supplies. We had everything we needed. Minutes from the beach and downtown area. There is also a piggly wiggly nearby, gas station, liquor store right down the street. The owner is very friendly and prompt with answering any questions. We will be staying again in the future. It’s a great place!!!!
