Location, Location, Location plus quality! This newly remodeled spacious unit is one of the few units located right downtown, in the business district of, Lake Geneva, Wisconsin. You will be minutes to everything; restaurants, unique shops, waterfront activities, ice cream shops, parks, playgrounds, and golf. Plenty of space for everyone with our open, spacious, living design. Relax and enjoy this beautiful city any season of the year. We love lake life here and think you will fall in love with it too!

My family and I had a wonderful stay. Bill and Carol are the nicest people you could hope for. The cottage has a great open floor plan, perfect for being with family and was equipped with everything we could need. I grew up in the area but hadn’t been back in a long time. Bill and Carol were great at filling us in with the best places to eat and have a great time. The location is perfect—right in the heart of everything and within walking distance to the lake. We ended up taking advantage of a free night that they offer with weekend stays in the fall months. We hope to be back someday soon.

Six of us "girls" who graduated from high school together over 50 years ago booked a two night stay at the Nautical Cottage! It was AWESOME!The home was wonderful with everything we could possibly need (and then some!) Location was perfect, and Carol and Bill were so accommodating!! This place is a gem!Thanks for everything! We loved it!!Wendy
