PRIME LOCATION!!! LITERALLY STEPS from ALL that downtown Lake Geneva has to offer! 3 minute walk to Main St!
Entire home has been completely updated and is GORGEOUS…VERY CLEAN, METICULOUSLY MAINTAINED with HIGH END FURNISHINGS (Pottery Barn).
Master Bedroom has a queen size bed with a new GelPlus memory foam mattress topper, fresh linens and room darkening blinds, and new Samsung Smart TV.
2nd Bedroom has bunk beds and an additional trundle bed(sleeps 3 children).
Both bedrooms have custom closet organizers.
Note: Photo of 2nd bedroom with bunk beds shows some pink furnishings; these have been switched to navy and white (we have boys)
You’ll enjoy cooking in the fully equipped designer kitchen with white cabinets with soft close drawers, Alaska White granite counters, stainless steel appliances complete with all of the dishes and cookware you’ll need.
Also has a new Keurig coffee maker (2023).
New LG washer and dryer (2022).
Complimentary WIFI and 2 SMART TV’s(master + living room) with access to Netflix, apps, etc. 2nd bedroom has Roku for access to all apps.
Back patio features a sectional couch and round table. The backyard sits on the historic former “Millionaires’ Special” railroad(Chicago), which is now a wooded walking path that takes you to a park and tennis courts(2 min walk).

Great location. Beautifully decorated and comfortable with many amenities. Joe was a great host with lots of local knowledge. Spent a year there and would give it 10 stars if possible.
