About this villa rental
In response to Covid 19, we are leaving 24 hours between reservations, cleaning with approved antibacterial products and doing an additional sanitizing inspection. Stay at Palm Island Resort, located on Florida’s Southwest Gulf Coast, is the state’s only true-out island resort. No bridges or causeways to the island exsist, which ensures a relaxed, tropical vacation setting. The island resort encompasses a two-mile portion of private, pristine beaches on the northern end of Palm Island. Guests travel to the island via car ferry and park their car in our island parking area. Transportation is provided by our bell staff and golf carts are also available for rent for registered guests.
Enjoy access to one of the 5 heated pools, plus hot tub and gas BBQ grills at each pool area. 11 hard tennis courts available for play and always complimentary. Our recreation center, Coconuts, offers a variety of rentals to include golf carts, bicycles, kayaks and beach umbrellas. Our full service concierge can also arrange for everything from massages to fishing charters. Be sure to catch a Pirate Show with the resort’s own Red Beard the Pirate. Join a complimentary water aerobics class, nature walk or yoga on the beach when scheduled. Whether you wish to spend your time with us on the go or taking it slow, you’re sure to enjoy your new Memories at the Speed of Old Florida.

My wife and I returned energized and relaxed. We had a fantastic time. The place is a hidden gym. Management was very attentive but laid back. The beaches are pristine, untouched nature. Marina next door where you can rent a boat. Phenomenal get away destination. We will be back.

Unfortunately we were staying in the midst of tropical storm Debby. The staff was very accommodating offering us an additional night at a discount because we couldn't get off the island. The biggest problem was that we lost TV reception.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The unit we stayed in unfortunately was very dated and needs a serious uplift! The bed reminded me of Fred Flintstones concrete slab bed. The actual experience of being on the island was really cool! However if you’re looking for a lot of fun things to do, there really isn’t much going on on the island. There is one restaurant which is really good actually, but that’s the only place you can really go to eat. Make sure you bring all the groceries you need because the store is extremely expensive, however the staff are very friendly and accommodating there as well.
