Nicely Renovated 1st floor Condo 1/2 Block From The Beach!

It’s a very nice place to stay in. Second time staying here love the excess to the beach.

The condo was very clean and exactly as advertised. Would recommend this condo to anyone staying in the area.

Great property, clean, great access to the beach

We stayed for 10 nights. Unfortunately what cannot be said is that the overall experience was satisfactory which for the most part was a direct consequence of the host's actions or rather a lack of thereof. Some shortcomings could've been overlooked if at the very least Troy's efforts to address those aspects of them that were addressable were in fact remedied. But regretfully this is where things were cut short. First, seemingly a minor point, but nevertheless despite the place being specifically advertised as a 1-bedroom place, this home actually has no wall, a door, or even a partition of any kind to separate its main sleeping quarters from the rest of it. If the images of the place were taken to reflect such peculiarity, we would've known what to expect. Second, and by far more significant source of our inconvenience, was the presence of multiple and major unresolved plumbing issues neither of which was addressed whatsoever. Namely, low pressure in the shower as well as its non-functional diverter which couldn’t switch between showerhead or downspout flow options. If that inconvenience was difficult enough to endure, the pressure in the vanity was especially low - something that forced us to use kitchen sink as a substitute, due to its pressure being flawless, which in itself pointed to the municipal line not being the culprit. Despite the plumbing issues being relayed to Troy right away, he didn’t believe we were sincere. It seemed as if Troy briefly understood the severity of the matter at the midpoint of our stay and so he chose to visit us but not in order to fix the matter - only to verify its authenticity. He confirmed the accuracy of our observations during his visit on a very short notice almost at a midpoint of our stay which caused us to scrap our plans for that day. But despite Troy's understanding of the extent of the matter, nothing was actually remedied, bar some promises to do so, because ultimately he chose to save money on repairs at our expense. His compensation to us for all that ended up being mere $200 credit. The list of deficits could be expanded further but the above is more than enough as it is. Day after day we had to needlessly deal with this great inconvenience that was very unfair to us in the first place while depriving ourselves of the very basics which should've been in order well before our arrival. The bottom line was that Troy's home shouldn’t have rendered as "available" with something like this unrepaired.
