About this villa rental

Perfect geographic location: with an ample 80 sq.m terrace, all the comfort, totally restored, well finished, and very calm.
The property also has a studio totally independent, with kitchen, living room with sofa bed and bathroom.
The two different prices for the same period depend on the number of people that want to rent the villa since it is possible to rent the house to 6 people for a price and closing the other bedrooms, or to more than 6 people to 12 maximum at another price including the studio.
