The complex is located 3.2 miles down West Beach Boulevard, where it's quiet and secluded. The Sea Oats complex sits on Little Lagoon and has deeded beach access right across the road. There's also a boat launch, plus a dock with a cleaning station if you're ready to catch your dinner! You'll love this updated 2 BR / 2 BA condo that sleeps 8, with a king bed in the master, two double beds in the guest bedroom and a queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room. Unit includes one dedicated parking spot and additional parking available on the premises.
Complex Amenities: Wi-Fi, 2 outdoor pools, kiddie pool, boat launch, pier and cleaning station, grilling and picnic area, dedicated beach access and assigned parking spot. This complex has no elevator.
The condo is pet friendly for an additional non-refundable pet fee of $150, plus tax (dogs ONLY & certain restrictions apply).

Over all stay was good. The stairs were a bit much. The biggest problem was the heating system couldn’t get the condo above 68degrees on cold days. Maint was called and she advised it was old unit and just can’t keep up. An upgrade in neededp
