About this house rental
Amazing 4 bedrooms/3.5 Bathrooms townhouse in beautiful gated Regal Palms Resort & Spa with Water Park! Located a short drive from Disney World.
It's a very spacious and renovated 4 bedrooms townhouse (1,846 sf) that easily accommodates 8+ people . We've added cots in each closet for additional guests.
FIRST FLOOR
==========
There is a master bedroom, the kitchen, a half bathroom and the living room.
The master suite has a king size bed, a 32'' LED TV, a dresser, a closet and a private bathroom. This room can be used by those who might be challenged by stairs. It also has a independent entrance and people can get in and out without getting into the house, very useful for those who need more privacy.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances (microwave oven, dishwasher, stove and refrigerator), blender, toaster and coffee maker. Dinnerware and cookware are also available to the guests.
The porcelain tile living room is wide and spacious and offers a 50" full HD LED TV, 200 channels cable TV and a playstation 3 (no games, please feel free to bring your own - this can also be used as a blue-ray player), the couch and dinner table. Just off the living room is a small patio with a table, chairs and charcoal BBQ grill.
SECOND FLOOR
=============
On the second floor, you will find three more bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and a laundry room.
The second Master Suite comes complete with a queen size bed, a 32" LED TV, a closet, a dresser, a desk, a private bathroom and a private balcony.
Two additional bedrooms each with 2 twin beds, a closet, a dresser and a 32" LED TV. The bathroom is shared by these bedrooms.
AMENITIES

We provide towels and sheets and in the laundry space there are a washer, a dryer and iron that will be available for the guests use.
We've added a pack and play, highchair, stroller and pool floats to make your stay more comfortable.
It's a self-catered unit but we always provide an initial amount of items such as paper towels, coffee filters, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, hand soap, etc. When the period of stay is longer or there are many people, there might not be enough and the guests will need to supplement them according to their own consumption. There is a Publix nearby and has everything you will need.
FREE 35mb WIFI broadband internet available throughout the house.
Two FREE parking spaces available in front of the house.
THE RESORT

The resort features a water park consisting of 2 pools, a water slide, a lazy river indoor and outdoor hot tubs. On the property is also a Spa, restaurant & bar, pool side tikibar, a gym, and an indoor kids game room and arcade. A perfect place for your family vacation. Children will love it!!!
The home is located in the beautiful and awarded REGAL PALMS RESORT & SPA. Nestled in 2.5 acres of tropical settings, the resort combines all the facilities of a resort and the privacy of a vacation home.
IMPORTANT

There is a resort fee of $22.40 day/per unit (not per guest!!!) that is paid directly to the Regal Palms Resort at the check-in (i.e: if you stay 4 nights, it will be 4 x $15 plus taxes). It doesn't go to me or to Airbnb but you have to consider this in your cost. This fee is mandatory and intended to cover maintenance and security costs at the resort. There is a complimentary towel service and lounge chairs in the pool area.
All the interactions with the guests should be made by through the Airbnb site, e-mail and text messages. Our phone numbers will also be available.
REGAL LOBBY

There is an internet cafe with 2 workstations and wireless broadband for guests use. An ATM machine is available.
Don't stand in line for Park Tickets. You can purchase them and get information about all major Orlando attractions.

This was truly a magical experience. The house was exquisite and very clean. It was 30 mins away from disney which we had an amazing time at the very merry Christmas party. Also close to good and shopping.

We had a good stay quiet neighborhood. This is the kind of place that you would stay if your looking to go to parks because resort at least to us was not as great as others in Orlando. I know the owners have no control over how the resort operates so I wouldn’t pay to access the resort pool etc way to small for the amount of people that stay in the homes. It was not a terrible place but like I said it’s one of those that are good just to sleep not to enjoy the entire resort.
