Welcome to 163 Pond Cypress Way. An awesome family retreat, the large, custom-designed home is beautifully and professionally decorated. Out front, a large open porch has plenty of comfy seating, inviting everyone to slow down. All the porches feature large sleeping swings, perfect for an afternoon nap, a good book, or lingering a little longer after sunset.

Private WaterColor Beach Access is about a half mile away, and Camp WaterColor, the pools, and the private Beach Club are only about 100 steps from your door. Grab one of the four complimentary bikes and cruise to Seaside, WaterColor, Seagrove, Alys Beach, or Rosemary Beach for great restaurants, local shops. It's hard to beat seeing 30A on two wheels.
Inside, the open floor plan is gorgeous. The first floor includes a spacious living room with a TV, DVD, stereo, and wet bar. The fully appointed kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a center island, and a breakfast bar that seats 5. The wonderful dining area features a large banquette table with plush window seating.
The first-floor primary suite offers a king bed, TV, and plenty of natural light. The private bath features a double vanity, a spacious walk-in shower with a built-in seat, and a Roman tub. It's a comfy retreat after a full day on 30A.
Upstairs, one guest room features a king bed, walk-in closet, TV, and private bath with a jetted tub. Another includes two queen beds, a TV, and private bath, while the bunkroom sleeps the younger crowd with two twin-over-twin bunks, two full beds, and its own TV.

Amazing home, beautiful and practical for our large family - very spacious living, eating and kitchen area with tons of seating. The patios were wonderful with lots of comfy seating. Loved the private master on the first floor tucked away from all the other rooms on the second floor. One of the best homes we have stayed in in Watercolor!

We had a wonderful stay. The property is close to the pool and basketball court. Felt very safe for the kids to ride bikes and walk to the pool. The house was amazing. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space for a week. We will be back next year!
