It features a new main pool and lounge area, second pool deck with additional lounge seating, and third pool with zero-entry, as well an enhanced WaterColor Grill, and new sunset bar, Costa Chica. All have scenic views of the Gulf of Mexico.

We had a wonderful time in Watercolor. The house was perfect for myself and my 2 daughters, son-in-law and 3 grandchildren plus a friend. The location was perfect. The kitchen and open floor plan, including the fantastic screened in porch was great for cooking and relaxing. Enough space for all to relax! Bikes were a big hit, as well as the pools and basketball for the boys. We loved the beach of course, and everywhere we ate the food was excellent! Will definitely return!💚

This property is so conveniently located to everything you need and such a beautiful home.
We were very disappointed in the cleanliness though. Food left on the stove and waffle iron, dust in the rooms, dishes were not very clean, ice maker broken (my husband had to fix), terrible soap for cleaning your own dishes. For such a beautiful home in a nice area we definitely expected more quality.
In addition- receiving wristbands for the children on the reservation is an absolute nightmare!! We wasted almost an entire day dealing with getting the remainder of our wristbands.
Overall we had an amazing stay, but there is a lot of room for improvement when it comes to communication between HOA and the property manager.
