DETAILS: "All Decked Out" is a beautiful 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom home located in the Camp District of WaterColor. This charming abode features multilevel wrap around decks with views of the pond, a reverse floor plan with lovely views of the community from the open, second floor kitchen, dining room and living room. Let your inner chef out in the homes gourmet kitchen that features stainless steel Thermador appliances including a 6 burner range with griddle and double ovens, wine refrigerator, additional island sink and granite counters. Each floor has a primary suite with its own private screened in deck overlooking pristine forest, ideal for early morning relaxation. On the first floor, there is a second living space with a sofa sleeper and two additional bedrooms and a Primary suite. This lovely home is conveniently located between the Frog Pool and Camp Pool. Ride the 4 adult bikes to one of the nearby pools or explore WaterColor's winding paths.

Please note: Effective March 15, 2014, Low-Speed Vehicle rentals in WaterColor must be made through The Electric Cart Company and will be limited to 60 vehicles throughout the community at any given time. Only one cart may be rented per home and rentals will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis.

Beautiful home!
Positives:
* Wrap around porches on both the top and bottom floors. Enjoyed morning coffee and evening cocktails on the porches.
*Screened-in patios off both master bedrooms were a bonus!
*Easy bike ride to town and beach.
*Well-appointed with quality pots/pans, as well as a nice range & oven.
*Beautiful top floor made for entertaining.
Negatives:
The day we arrived and before check-in, we received a call from 360 Blue (the management company) that the house refrigerator and dryer were not working properly. When we arrived on site, there was a replacement refrigerator downstairs. The only problem was that the kitchen was upstairs. We were pleasantly surprised that the upstairs refrigerator had been fixed and actually was working. The company removed the replacement refrigerator the following day. The biggest issue we had was the dryer did not work the entire time we were there (7days). Wet, sandy towels could be washed but not dried the entire trip. We tried our best to hang towels outside, but with the humidity and rain, they never dried. We talked back and forth with 360 Blue multiple times, but the dryer was never fixed/replaced. I will say they offered us $75 a day refund for our inconvenience, which we did appreciate. We still would’ve rather had the dryer.
The house was not cleaned well before we arrived. Kitchen appliances still dirty. LR rug filthy. Broken dining room chairs. Walls scratched throughout home. Shower floor missing stones

This is a nice home in a great watercolor location. There were a few minor things like various lights that didn't work and the grill didn't work. Outside of some basic maintenance items it was a nice property and worked well for our group.

Could you some updates- carpet downstairs and up.
Need tending in the yard. Decks need to be washed and stained.
