DETAILS: 188 Spartina Circle is a beautiful home in the Camp District of Watercolor. This home features two large porches in the front and back of the home. On the front porch, there are 4 lounge chairs and a round table on one side, and an outdoor couch and coffee table on the other. The back porch is screened in with a couch and two sets of club chairs which provide ample space to enjoy a cocktail and enjoy the beautiful Florida weather! Upon entering the home, you will notice the open floor plan with beautiful white club chairs and a couch, a wooden desk with a chair on each side, and a wooden dining table with 6 chairs. The other half of this spacious first-floor design is occupied by the beautiful kitchen featuring a large island, bar seats for 3, and all of the prerequisite modern appliances needed for a delicious home-cooked meal. This home is absolutely beautiful and you can’t beat the location. You can look out your front door and see the playground and the entrance to Camp Watercolor. This is handy for when the lines start forming to get pool chairs. It’s also handy if you want to run back for lunch or a nap!
The ice machine was a very nice touch. The beds were very comfortable as well. My only wish would have been extra towels and washcloths.
We would return to this property again!

Directly across street from Camp Watercolor which is perfect for afternoon swim after nap. Dads take littles while moms have a bit of downtime to get ready for evening plans. Golfcart gets you to the beach in the morning, lunch at club or FOOW before heading in for naps. Even has a wagon to haul beach gear! Perfect Vaca!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home with our twin, eight-year-old girls and family. We used the golf cart to get to the beach club and enjoyed the afternoons at camp watercolor, which was literally just across the street. We really enjoyed the location, it was very close to Publix and the neighborhood was very quiet and beautiful. We would definitely consider staying here again as it has been one of our favorite places on 30A that we have stayed in.

GREAT location being right across the street from Camp Watercolor. All downstairs beds were kings and very comfortable. Kids loved the upstairs with the hideaway room.
