About this house rental
Slide into your private pool, a heated pool that stays comfortable long after sunset, then walk to beach in 15 minutes with the beach gear rolling behind you in a wagon. Grab the bikes after breakfast and pedal toward Cocoa Beach, then come home to a fenced backyard where the fire pit is waiting and the kids can roam. The Surf Shack is made for a large group that wants one easy, family friendly week together.
ABOUT THIS SPACE
The Surf Shack is a six bedroom, three bath single-level beach house with an open floor plan, and everything flows toward the backyard. The living room, dining area and kitchen share one big room, and two large sliding glass doors open to the covered patio and the pool.
The kitchen is large and renovated, with stainless steel appliances, a big island with four stools, a dishwasher, keurig, coffee maker, kettle and blender. A dining table with a bench seat beside it, and a sitting nook by the sliding door is a quiet spot for morning coffee.
Outdoors is the real showpiece. The heated pool is private and fully fenced, and sun loungers line the edge. Beside it, the covered patio has an outdoor bar with stools, a dining table, wicker seating, a TV, ceiling fans and a hammock. In the yard you will find a fire pit ringed with Adirondack chairs, a Weber BBQ grill, and an enclosed private outdoor shower for rinsing off sand before you come inside.
Sleeping arrangements: the primary bedroom has a king bed, a TV and a remodeled en suite bathroom with a rainfall shower. Four more bedrooms have queen beds, including the Tropical Room with its own en suite bath. The Ocean Room has a full bed and a twin bed. A newly remodeled hall bath serves the rest of the house, and a linen closet holds bath and beach towels. A dedicated workspace is there if someone needs to answer an email.
Families can pack lighter: there is a high chair, pack n play, children's dinnerware, children's bikes, toys and board games. A free washer and dryer are inside, and central air conditioning keeps everyone comfortable.
In the garage, the beach gear is ready: chairs, umbrellas, a cooler, sand toys, beach towels, surfboards, paddle boards, kayaks, bikes, a bike trailer and strollers.

Our family has a wonderful time. We made great meals in the incredibly well equipped kitchen We watched the World Cup on the numerous tvs and loved the pool. The are 3 kayaks and 2 paddleboards.Whenever we asked something of our hostess, it happened asap.We loved this home. It is made for you to have a good time. Thank you. Stephanie

The house was amazing! It made my stay at Florida feel so much better! The house was fully stocked with everything we needed for the beach and it made us feel we overpacked . There were enough bedrooms for me my mom and dad, brother and sister nana and (. We even had one extra room! The kitchen was amazing and so was the living room! I spent most of my time in the pool and I loved how big it was.the outdoor dining area was amazing.we ate there every night. The outdoor TV was great.We loved the kayaks and when we rides them we saw a dolphin! The house was truly amazing.

Overall it was good, just the yard was a little more unkept with tree debris, lounge chairs were very dirty and warn out. We didn't want to use them. Beds were not the greatest to sleep on. and the garage had a very strong cat urine or similar smell to the point we didnt use anything but a few chairs and the wagon because everything had the smell and made our vehicles smell like it. Dont know if I would book again as the price was high for the condition of the house compared to surrounding homes of new quality.
