About this house rental
Slip into your private pool, a heated pool inside a screened lanai, while the kids cannonball all afternoon and dinner sizzles on the BBQ grill. Dry off, then walk to beach in minutes, only 2-1/2 blocks from the sand in Cocoa Beach. Come home with salt in your hair to a quiet cul-de-sac, a fenced backyard and a family friendly house that sleeps 10, with kayaks, bikes and a ping pong table waiting for your crew.
ABOUT THIS SPACE
Walk in the front door and the whole open floor plan greets you: a comfortable living room with a sectional, a 55-inch Roku TV and big sliding glass doors that open straight onto the pool. The dining table sits right beside the glass, so every meal comes with a pool view. The kitchen is built for real cooking, with stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher, a drip coffee maker, Keurig, blender and a toaster. A live edge bar counter with stools gives the cook an audience, and a sliding pass-through window hands plates out to the covered patio. We stock coffee, creamer and sweetener, and a welcome basket of snacks is waiting when you arrive.
The bedrooms are split for privacy, with the primary suite on one side of the house and three guest rooms on the other. The Sea Turtle Room is the primary bedroom with a king bed, an ensuite bathroom and a Roku TV. The Ocean Room has two queen beds, the Seashore Room has a queen bed, and the Seaside guest room has a king bed, each with a Roku TV. With six beds, sleeps 10 works for two families or friends. Two bathrooms serve the home, including a hall bathroom with direct access to the pool, handy for dripping swimmers. A washer and dryer sit in the laundry room beside the pantry, with detergent supplied, so you can pack light.
Outside is where this house shines. The sparkling heated pool sits inside a large screened lanai, so you swim bug-free and sun-smart. Sun loungers line the brick pavers, and the covered patio has an outdoor dining table, ceiling fans and a gas BBQ grill. Free parking is available on premises in the driveway at the front of the house. The garage is set up as the game room and storage for the kayaks, bikes and beach gear, so plan to park in the driveway. Luggage drop-off is allowed, and the single level home lets you unload straight through the front door.

Check-in is after 4:00 PM and checkout is before 10:00 AM. The home hosts a maximum of 10 guests, and the minimum stay is usually 2 nights. For security, exterior cameras are at the front door, the driveway and the pool equipment; the pool equipment camera has no view of the yard or pool. To comply with city noise ordinances, a noise decibel monitor is in the outdoor lanai area and inside the door; it measures sound levels only and records no conversations. Please keep voices low outdoors in the evening so neighbors can rest, and treat the home as you would your own. Return the kayaks, bikes and games to the garage when you are done. Everything was wonderful, great host if you had any questions she would get back to you right away, pool was awesome and the temperature of the water was good, we were able to do the laundry which was really nice and the house was very clean. We would definitely stay here again if we go back to the area.

We loved our 12- night stay at this property! It was immaculate. We stayed there with my parents and our young children. I cringed when I needed to look under the bed for a missing toy, and was pleasantly surprised to find that it was CLEAN even under furniture, not just at the surface level. For young kids, they provide a pack 'n play, high chairs (there are two), a cot, multiple stools for the bathrooms and even two potty seats. My kiddo spilled some granola on the living room carpet and we didnt have a vacuum to clean it up. I texted the owner about it and we had a new vaccuum delivered within an hour. Just mentioning this to show how wonderful and accomodating they are.
