This inviting domicile promises a perfect retreat for your holiday, whether in summer or winter. The centrepiece of the house is the light-flooded living and dining room with an open-plan kitchen - an ideal place for sociable evenings with family and friends.
The spacious terrace impresses with breathtaking views and is a highlight of this property. Two of the three bedrooms each have their own bathroom, ensuring privacy and maximum comfort. The location of our holiday home is ideal for both summer and winter holidays. The Kaprun Zell am See, Wildkogel Arena Bramberg and Kitzsteinhorn ski areas are just a short drive away and offer first-class opportunities for skiing, snowboarding and more.
Cross-country skiing, tobogganing and winter hiking are other popular activities on offer in the surrounding area. In summer, numerous hiking trails and mountain bike routes invite you to explore the impressive natural surroundings. The surrounding area also offers many excursion destinations, including picturesque villages, lakes and cultural sights.
