Good

We had a nice stay in Ervin house early March 2020. The house is close to the gondola, approx 10 min walk which was very convenient. There is an underground parking where we parked our cars. Our apartment is located at ground floor, having 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and a spacious livingroom separated from sleeping area by a door. In the photos attached to the booking tool there was a sauna which proved not to be at our apartment. I found this out after booking, unfortunately. There are two appartments per floor and just one of them has a sauna. There is no shared sauna in the property. We have not met the staff at all but this has not been an issue for us. The “office” is just across the street but the lady we met there speaks only German and we could not communicate with her.
