The condo was great for our family. The third bedroom is a loft upstairs, but was perfect for my teenaged boys. Everything was very clean (except the pollen on the porch, which is a necessary evil this time of year in the south). We were there for a family wedding in Reynolds Plantation and loved the area.

Booking through VRBO for a property in Reynolds Plantation excludes you from any Reynolds amenity, you can’t use the restaurants or book a boat. This is not mentioned on the listing
We received no check in our check out instructions.
The VRBO call center was not helpful and told us to speak to the host who was not immediately available due to a family emergency
The property is very clean and well appointed. The host was very responsive when she became available.
