About this house rental
Our lake house is a peaceful and comfortable home well suited for families. The layout includes TWO king suites on the ground level, each with a private bath, both with a walk in shower, one with a claw foot bath tub. A THIRD bed room upstairs is an enclosed loft with two queen beds and one twin bed..with a walk in shower. The house is perfect for adults down stairs and kids upstairs.
The living room has ample seating with a new sectional sofa and one recliner chair.
The dining area seats 7 comfortably with 2 bench seats and 2 standard chairs. The kitchen is well equipped with new cookware, silverware and plate setting for 8 guests. Keurig coffee maker with single cup and full pot option. Single Cup coffee provided. Wine glasses and insulated wine travel cups for use. Appliances include dish washer, microwave, electric range, washer and dryer. Kitchen accessories include rice pot, food processor, blender, waffle maker, roasting pan. Screened outside patio with sectionals sofa, TV, dining table & chairs is the FAVORITE place to be.
Outdoor features include Weber grill and fan back chairs with lake views. WiFi and smart TV provided. Community Swimming Pool is 200 yards behind house. Community Tennis & Pickle ball Court 200 yards behind house. Lake and Boat docks 300 yards behind house. Beach Access to lake 300 yards behind house. Marina for private boat launching and boat trailer parking 800 yards from house.
Gated Community with safe walking trails and biking options. Very Dog Friendly Neighborhood. World Class Golf access. Excellent local restaurants and shopping. Only 1.5 hour drive to Atlanta. 30min drive to Madison, GA. 1.5 hr drive to Augusta, GA (home of the Masters Golf Tournament). 1hr drive to Athens, GA. (Home of the Bulldogs). 30minute drive to the Georgia Safari.

We had a wonderful vacation at the Lake House. The screened in porch with a lake view was our favorite part. Beds were comfortable and the house was in a good location. Jennifer was a great host and very responsive. We would stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful lake property! The house was very comfortable and totally stocked with everything we could want. Our family fell in love with Lake Oconee. We will be back!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was clean, well-appointed, and located in a very nice neighborhood. Everything was exactly as described. Communication with Jennifer was outstanding—she was responsive, helpful, and made the whole process seamless. Highly recommend!
