Welcome to the Maui Kai Resort. This private DIRECT OCEANFRONT ground floor condo, is perfect for a romantic couple s getaway or a family vacation! You can snorkel, swim, and relax all right here! Maui Kai is adjacent to Honoapiilani Beach Park where you can access the Kaanapali Beach boardwalk! NO PARKING OR RESORT FEES AT MAUI KAI!
Centrally located between Ka'anapali and Kapalua you will find shopping, dining, several beaches for your favorite water activities and world class golfing! You will find that your within walking distance to several take-out eateries and restaurant's, a grocery store, Farmers Market (local produce & organic foods) and a local Fish Market (Fresh Fish & Great food).
Tucked away off of the main road, you will find this hidden gem! Maui Kai is a smaller complex and from your private lanai, you will have front row seats for viewing the Hawaiian sea turtles, whale watching (Mid December - Mid April), spectacular sunsets, and the sweeping views of neighboring islands of Lanai and Molokai.
This 647 sq. ft. fully furnished one bedroom condo has been upgraded with ceramic tile flooring throughout, a remodeled kitchen and bathroom, along with a screened in lanai for year-round indoor-outdoor living. Sleeping arrangements include a CAL-KING size bed in the bedroom (Bedroom set & Mattress replaced May 19, 2023) and a sofa sleeper (Replaced in July 2023) in the living room. Other features include CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONING, 2 flat screen tv s, basic cable, and Wifi. Resort amenities include: Onsite coin-operated washer and dryer facilities, a pool, spa, barbeque grills and club house. Located on the right side of the property, you will find a side gate that will allow you access to the Kaanapali boardwalk and beach!

I vacationed to Hawaii for the first time for my birthday last month and stayed here for the week. The location was excellent which is a 5-10 minute drive from Lahaina and Ka’anapali. The condo features beautiful panoramic views of the ocean. Just off to the right of the building is a pristine private little beach. I enjoyed using the beach chair, boogie board, and cooler which was available for condo guests to use. Nice perk! There is also a fleet of food trucks nearby which is a short 3-5 minute walk from the condo. The host provided excellent communication prior to and during my stay. There are some TLC upgrades which could be made to the unit, but everything was clean, worked great, and was an excellent value for the price! I would absolutely stay here again! Highly recommend it!!

We really enjoyed our stay. The suite was right next to the ocean with an amazing view. It was clean and well maintained and had a boogie board and 4 chairs that we used a lot. The ping pong table was a hit with the family as well when we weren't at the beach. Its a great location close to the boardwalk as well. The parking was also abundant. It was a great pick for us!!

Only compliant I have is the cleanliness could be greatly improved.
