About this apartment rental
Our beautiful condo is located on the world famous Kaanapali Beach and shores. You can't get any closer to the ocean then the MAUI KAI Resort, the Bldg. Is just feet away with the best snorkeling right outside the front door. As you relax on the lanai, it's easy to spend hours watching the surfers, windsurfers, parasailing, kayakers, boats, and the beautiful
whales during season in Maui. As you enter the condo you will be amazed by the open tropical feeling and panoramic ocean view. This unit is located on the second floor, so if you prefer, you don't have to wait for an elevator. There's ample free parking on the property. The condo has a fully stocked kitchen with granite counter tops and cooking Island , a hotel style safe, high-speed Internet with free Wi-Fi, free , 46' Samsung Flat Screen Cable TV with a HD DVR plus a Sony multi-region DVD Player.
The bedroom has a brand new king size bed on bamboo hardwood floors, and the tiled living room has a queen size sofa sleeper, a very comfortable leather recliner WITH CAPACITY TO 2 PEOPLE. On the same floor, a laundry room with washer and dryer are available. Beach towels, chairs, umbrella, boogie boards are available to use in the condo. Stores and restaurants are within walking distance. There's a new boardwalk leading to Kaanapali's famous Black Rock, which makes it a little more comfortable for a great morning walk along the beachfront without having to trek through the sand if prefered. Although the Long Beach walk to black rock is havenly. For us the condo is our home-away-from-home, and we invite you to feel at home during your stay. Our Condo is managed by my on island agent living near by, so if there any problem he may assist you

Condo was as described and pictures in listing were accurate. Fully stocked with kitchen supplies, bathroom supplies, beach stuff like towels, noodles, snorkel equipment. Even had binoculars to scan for whales. Condo was full ocean facing, no obstructions. While we were there, the beach was not usable at high tide, but just a very short walk to either side and plenty of sandy beach. Also walking distance to restaurants, food trucks, grocery store. Plenty of free parking. Great place for home base to get to all the sites.

The condo is beautiful! Very nicely decorated, well stocked with an amazing, private lanai. The waves break immediately below the building and the unit has a view between Molakai and Lanai where the whales were breaching. We even saw a green flash! We highly recommend this unit - the owners are friendly and easy to work with. Mahola!

Easy check-in, clean, great amenities w/in the condo, and amazing views! Literally, all you see is the ocean, Lanai, and Molokia w/ a ton of whales all day long. We were so happy w/the condo and Gaspare responded promptly any time we had a question. Parking was always available and the condo complex itself is quiet, which we appreciated. The location is great and within easy walking distance to the grocery store, food trucks, restaurants, and shopping. We loved sitting on the lania and just watching the ocean waves every single day. Being on the 2nd floor was wonderful (especially since the elevators didn't work initially due to the recent storms). In true Hawaii style, however, after the storm was many rainbows! We would love to stay here again!
