This 2 bedroom, 2 bath home is located in a quiet neighborhood just 3 miles from great restaurants, shopping, and small-town charm of the Village, as well as all the world-class golf courses Pinehurst is known for!. So whether your stay is for golf, equestrian sports or even antiquing, Brews and Snooze is your perfect getaway! This home is also equipped with an OK2Charge Level 2 Smart EV charger! (Please note that Tesla drivers require a J1172 adaptor.)
LIVING SPACES:
A wall of light-filled windows that look out onto spacious decks and Pinehurst’s iconic pines - what could be better?
Brews and Snooze has a welcoming and comfortable open-plan living/dining area with an indoor/outdoor feel that encourages relaxation, conversation, and even good old-fashioned fun. This is the place to enjoy an electronics-free evening with Chess, Checkers, Jenga or Poker - and make some memories!

KITCHEN & DINING:
The updated kitchen features everything from a suite of stainless steel appliances to a full complement of kitchenware. This well-planned space boasts a Keurig coffee maker with provided K-cups, as well as a drip coffee maker, just in case you pick up coffee when you’re visiting the Pine Scone Café in the Village.
The bar-height dining table - and the charming cabinet bar - make it easy to transition from intimate gourmet meals to rousing game nights!
BEDROOMS & BATHS:
The primary king bedroom has a vaulted ceiling, a walk-in closet, its own en suite full bath and private access to the deck - perfect for a late-night glass of wine and some stargazing.
The guest room has a cozy queen bed with a XL twin trundle and a designated full guest bath off the hall, complete with a tub/shower combo. Both bedrooms have their own HDTVs. In addition, the living room offers a full-sized convertible sofa, so Brews and Snooze can always sleep 4 comfortably!
OUTDOORS:
Both the living room and the primary bedroom open out onto wonderful decks surrounded by pines - perfect for a piping hot morning brew to start the day – or – an ice cold one after a round of golf! The scent of the pine needles and the sound of the wind whistling through the trees makes every moment, day or night, incredibly peaceful.

Throughout the home, you’ll find modern conveniences including a Nest thermostat, USB charging ports, complimentary Wifi and 3 HDTVs which allow you to stream whatever you’d like wherever you’d like!

The Village of Pinehurst is well-known for its charming, small-town atmosphere and Southern hospitality. And although it’s a mecca for equestrian sports and golf, everyone who visits will find this area appealing as there is so much more to love about Pinehurst: shopping, antiquing, or best yet, a day at the spa!
In addition, the wide variety of restaurants available are enough to satisfy any palate, whether you’re craving a burger or a special occasion meal! Here are some of our favorites!

HOUSE RULES:
Minimum age to rent is 25.
Guests are required to sign our Rental Agreement per the NC Vacation Rental Act within 3 days of booking or 24 hours before arrival, whichever is earliest.
Guests are required to provide a photo ID upon request.
Security deposit HOLD required - $300 hold to be authorized on guest’s credit card by host 2 days prior to arrival and released within 5 days of departure if no issues.
STRICT maximum of 4 guests. Linens supplied based on number of guests on reservation. Be SURE it is correct! No parties or events of any kind.
Not safe or suitable for infants or children. NO pets allowed. Though we love animals, the HOA (homeowners' association) prohibits non-owner pets.
Please be aware that this is a residential neighborhood in which courtesy and respect for neighbors is expected. Disturbances will not be tolerated. Quiet hours of 10pm to 8am are strictly enforced.
Smoking is not permitted inside the listing. "Smoking" includes the use of tobacco, marijuana, e-cigarettes, etc.
Parking for up to 2 vehicles is available to your right in front of the property. Take care to park to the right as you are facing the home to ensure the neighbors have their 2 spaces available. Parking for EV charger is on the back of the home at the top of the gravel driveway.

We were in Pinehurst for a few days looking at real estate. The location of this property was perfect for us. It was easy to get to downtown Pinehurst, Southern Pines, Whispering Pines and wherever else we wanted to go. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly, and we were able to take walks every morning.Communication with owner was seamless and property was extremely comfortable and clean. We would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

Property was as described, clean, easy access to Pinehurst courses and the village! Would recommend this property to my friends and family.

Overall this is a very nice property. Check in was easy and communication with host was very good. We were even able to get an early check in. Initial impressions were very good. The kitchen is fully stocked and the overall condo was clean. Plenty of essentials are provided. The bedrooms lack any drawer space. Both rooms could use a dresser. The master bathroom had a constant musty smell that required us to run the fan 24 hours a day. We also had issues locking the door with the keypad. We had a very rainy week in Pinehurst and the additional moisture may have caused some of these issues including finding a dead palmetto bug in the kitchen one morning that must have been driven inside from all the rain. All issues were communicated to the host, and she replied positively saying they will be making a trip there to check everything out. Even with the few issues we had the overall stay was good and the condo fit our needs perfectly.

Stayed for 12 days, everything was perfect! Fantastic host. Great location, super clean, modern. Well-stocked, even had a full spice rack in the kitchen.Will absolutely stay there again.
