PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE DESCRIPTION BEFORE BOOKING! THIS HOUSE WAS BUILT IN 1986 AND 1300 SQFT, CONTACT-LESS CHECK IN / CHECK OUT. NON-SMOKING. NOR PETS/ANIMALS.
A golf front view 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms with new furnishings bungalow situated on the tee box on the Pinehurst #6, the golf course address is 97 Juniper Creek Blvd, Pinehurst, NC 28374. Most upgraded during the Spring of 2022. This house comes with high-speed/ fast 5G internet and 3 TVs (Spectrum cable golf channel included). There's plenty of FREE parking in the front of house. Enjoy relaxing on the deck after a great round of golf. Amenities include a full kitchen, coffee maker, cookware, microwave, refrigerator, and washer/dryer combination.
The master bedroom includes a king size bed, ceiling fan, 50” smart TV, a spacious walk-in closet, and entrance to a private bathroom. The second bedroom has 1 queen size bed and 50” smart TV, and the third bedroom has 2 full size bed and 32” smart TV , and bathroom. The main room includes sofa set, dining table (42*84) for 8, 55'' smart TV on the living room wall, access to both decks and Golf views. A new Washer and dryer combination is located in the hallway closet. All 4 beds with memory foam mattresses, beddings, towels, sofa, Smart TV, stove, washer and most kitchen items were bought during the Spring of 2022.
The upper outlet is controlled by the light by the door if it's in the off position the outlet has no power, switch to ON position. Label on each light switch panel.
Two lamps next to the sofa in the living room are sensory.
Most of lamps are connected to the upper outlet.
Located just 3 miles from great dining, shopping, area attractions, and the Historic Pinehurst Country Club and Resort & Village.

Place is immaculate. Owners were very attentive and friendly. Updated interior is beautiful and the home lacks nothing. If I ever go back to Pinehurst I will first check to see if this home is available. Five star rating for everything.
